By the time I located my husband and he agreed to go to Cobalt's, our friends were already enjoying the view and having their first drinks. Take a tour of the newly renovated restaurant space, poolside bar, and waterfront patio with impressive ocean views at Heatons in Vero Beach. Just last week one of my girlfriends sent me a text at 4 pm on a Monday, Cinco de Mayo, and asked if my husband and I could meet her and her husband at Cobalt's (it was 5 pm someplace else, right?!).
